Print-on-Demand Items(Mugs, T-Shirts, Journals, Ornaments, etc.)
All apparel, mugs, journals, ornaments, and other merchandise are made-to-order through Printful. Because each item is printed specifically for you, we follow these guidelines:
- Items must be unused and in original condition to be eligible for a return.
- Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
- Defective or wrong items qualify for a full replacement or refund — just send us a photo and your order number within 7 days.
Feeder Mix (Consumable Products)
- We cannot accept returns on opened feeder mix due to food safety regulations.
- Unopened product may be returned within 14 days for a refund, minus return shipping costs.
- Damaged or incorrect items qualify for a replacement or refund if reported within 7 days with a photo and order number.

Shipping Costs
Shipping charges collected at checkout are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product).
